Refunds for Room Dislike upon Arrival: Regrettably, refunds cannot be granted if, upon arrival, you find the room does not meet your preferences or expectations. Final Bookings and High Occupancy: All reservations made directly with City Suites & Beach Hotel are deemed final. Given our consistently high occupancy rates, reservations are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise by an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or a recognized travel agent.

Cancellation Exceptions by OTA or Travel Agent: In instances where the booking was made through an OTA or a travel agent, any cancellation or refund requests will be subject to the terms and conditions specified by the booking platform or the agent.
